Step 1
To get started on setting up POP3 email into Mac,hover over “Mail” , click “Add Account” .

Select “Add Other Mail Account” . Then Click “Continue”

Enter your details. Full Name will be the name displayed to those receiving your emails.
Password will be the password given to you for your email Address
Click “Create”
Step 4
NOTE that a message will appear below the text boxes, informing you that the email address must be manually configured.
Click “Next”
Step 5
Fill in the Incoming mail server details:
Account Type : Select “POP”
Mail Server : Set to “mail.<your domain>”
User Name: This is your email address
Password : The password of your email address
Click “Next”
Step 6
Fill in the Outgoing mail server details:
SMTP Server : Set to “mail.<your domain>”
User Name: This is your email address
Password : The password of your email address
Click “Create”
Step 7
Your Account is now setup. Test your account by sending a “Test email” to a different address and reply with a “Test email” from that account.
This will ensure that your email is working properly.
